Beajee's Terms & Conditions — Know it, understand it, follow it

By using the Beajee website and services, you fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between Beajee and the user. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

Beajee reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published. We recommend checking this page regularly.

All content, logos, designs, and software displayed on this platform are the intellectual property of beajee. Copying, distributing, or commercially using any content without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

To register an account on beajee, you must meet the following requirements. All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Accounts created using false information may be terminated at any time.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• A valid mobile number and email address are required.
• Each individual may hold only one account.
• You must provide your correct name, address, and date of birth at the time of registration.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility.
• Accounts must not be shared with or used by anyone else.

If you forget your password or suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity on your account unless it is proven to have resulted from a fault on our end.

Beajee currently supports the most popular mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. Keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Deposits must be completed within the specified time limit.
• No additional charges are applied to deposits.

If a deposit fails or your BDT is deducted but does not reflect in your account, contact support immediately. Always save a screenshot of your transaction — it helps resolve issues faster.

Withdrawing funds from beajee is simple and fast. However, a few rules apply to withdrawals to prevent fraud and keep your account secure.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳ 300.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held in cases of suspicious activity.

Beajee never charges a fee for withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond Beajee's control.

Beajee regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms that must be followed. The rules for using a bonus after it has been credited are explained here.

A wagering requirement means you must place a specified amount in bets before you can withdraw your bonus funds. For example, if your bonus is ৳1,000 with a 30x wagering requirement, you would need to wager a total of ৳30,000 before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once.
• Bonus claims are subject to a deadline — offers expire once the validity period ends.
• If wagering requirements are not met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is detected, your account may be suspended.

There are general rules to follow when placing bets on beajee. These rules apply to all sports, games, and wager types.

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (with limited exceptions).
• Bets can be placed up until the event begins.
• Bets placed before any odds change will remain at the original odds.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the original stake will be refunded.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, all related bets will be considered void.

Beajee is committed to offering fair odds at all times. If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet, you must raise it with our support team within 48 hours. Complaints submitted after this window may not be accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on beajee. Violating these rules may result in account termination and forfeiture of any funds on balance.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account or transferring your account to someone else.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit the system.
• Registering with false information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Involvement in match fixing or manipulation of outcomes.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the system.

Beajee may suspend or permanently close any account for the reasons listed below. Users may also close their own account at any time.

• If evidence of involvement in prohibited activities is found.
• If the information provided during identity verification is found to be false.
• If it is proven that a false age was provided at the time of registration.
• At the user's own request.
• Extended period of account inactivity.

Upon account closure, any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user, provided there is no evidence of fraud. Contact support if you wish to reactivate your account.

• Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Set a session time limit for your play.
